June 15 Scripture Memory- Isaiah 40:31

Isaiah 40:31 (The NET Bible)

But those(Sylvia) who WAIT(s) for the LORD's help FIND RENEWED STRENGTH;
they (she) rises up as if they(Sylvia) had eagles' wings
they(she) runs without growing weary,
they(she) walks without getting tired.

Memorizing God's Word this year has changed my life and reminds me to focus on Him and His WORD for ALL of  my daily situations.

#11 Scripture Meditation & Memory - June 1, 2011

Hebrews 12:10-11 (NIV)

Our fathers disciplined us (me) for a little while as they thought best, but God disciplines us (Sylvia) for our (my) good, that we (I) may share in His Holiness.

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of reighteousness and peace for those (Sylvia) who have been trained by it.

May 15th Scripture Memory #10

Hebrews 12:10  (NIV)

Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best, but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in His Holiness.

I am going through a hard season currently and one season I know God has ordained just for me. God is persistent for me to learn this lesson.  So pray I learn my lesson soon and well.  Scripture Memory #11 will be the following verse Hebrews 12:10.

Hebrews 12:11 (NIV)

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

This is a Song I must Sing to hide God's Word in my Heart, Sylvia
